Update on LAN Airlines

Another call to LAN Airlines and this time I think the call ended up going to Santiago rather than Miami ! Toll-free so no problem for me. Anyway, Mr. Fuentes advised that the voucher still shows "used" and that he would check further on why there's been a delay in the processing and credit to my credit card. I'm to be emailed within 72 hours. Hmmm.
